We were blessed with a visit from the wife of our lead pastor. She spoke on the subject of “Wholeness”. We also had a fun Bible quiz with prizes to be won. A beautiful photo booth was set up and  everyone enjoyed taking lots of photos .  At the end everyone enjoyed some delicious refreshments and a nice time of fellowship . 2. S.A. HARVESTER:We are very thankful for the generous support of SA Harvester (via Lions). This is helping to sustain several kitchens in our area! The following photos show some of the deliveries and distribution. NOMZAO:SIR LOWRY'S PASS:3. REACHING OUT IN NOMZAMO:We take time to regularly reach out to the people in Nomzamo who come to the kitchen we are supporting there. Many souls have been led to the Lord and we are presently earnestly desiring a venue where we can gather and give more in depth teachings. Please pray with us for this urgent need.  Thank you! 4. ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES:Each month we do shopping for two kitchens. The one in Nomzamo and the other in Sir Lowry’s Pass. Here we are seen delivering some supplies to both of these kitchens. We want to  THANK each and everyone of you who assist us and help make this possible . THANK YOU VERY MUCH!NOMZAMO:SIR LOWRY'S PASS: 5. GRACELIFE:This month Philip taught on the subject of “Living as the Children of Light” from the book of Ephesians. One of the many advantages of being part of the local church is the regular opportunity to receive support in the form of prayer—whether it be for health, upcoming exams, jobs, etc. Nothing is too hard for the Lord! We have some amazing testimony sharing times hearing about how the Lord came through! We praise the Lord that for His goodness and provision. He cares for the WHOLE man, spirit, soul and BODY! And many look forward to coming there for a hot drink and a light breakfast snack. Praise the Lord! 6. VEHICLE REPAIRS:Unfortunately we got caught up in some unrest in Nomzamo. We entered there not having kept the taxi strike in mind. A rock was hurled through our front window. Thankfully we were not injured and we got out safely as the Lord brought police escort...nevertheless we were not able to deliver the food we had come to bring. Furthermore,  we also noticed the need for the alignment to get done, and are very thankful to you, our partners that we have been able to get both repairs done! Thank you!7. BREAD AND PIZZA-BASES:We again want to highlight and thank the Lions for the weekly pizza-bases/bread pick-up. It is usually distributed between Sir Lowry’s Pass and Nomzamo.8. SPECIAL SUPPLIES:EMILY'S FLOOR:The floor at Emily’s School has been finished. The final layer of cement was placed and the linoleum from before reapplied! Praise the Lord! APPLIANCES:We give great thanks to the Lord that we this month were able to meet some requests for appliances for two families and an ECD center in Sir Lowry’s Pass. A front loader, top loader and a refrigerator. We thank our partners and the Lord for bringing in the needed funds! This makes a big difference to them!WOMEN'S' DAY BLESSINGS:SIR LOWRY'S PASS, GRACELIFE:NOMZAMO:We are so grateful to be able to spread a little joy. The Lord provided the exact amount of delicious chocolate. We were able to bless our hard-working women volunteers in Gracelife church in Sir Lowry’s Pass. They often come early and stay late to offer their services with little or no reward. We were also able to bless the hard-working staff in Nomzamo who not only look after approximately 60 kids while also cooking for 1-200 (sometimes more) people that come to eat from their kitchen daily. 10. MEETINGS ATTENDED:LIONS' CLUB:Once a month we attend a meeting with the Lions Club that we are part of.CHARIS MONTHLY HEALING SERVICE:We have a dear friend who is presently fighting cancer, and so the last few months we have been attending Charis Healing Nights (also once a month). We always come away feeling stronger and more victorious!GRACELIFE'S ALL CAMPUSES MEETINGS;This is where our swords are being sharpened and where we are challenged to stir up the gift that is within us. We have, and still are, receiving must training and input from our  Gracelife church, And we are constantly being challenged to turn around and pass it on to the next person! In closing we want to THANK each and everyone of you from the bottom of our hearts for the vital part you play in our ministry. We are just a small piece of the puzzle and without our amazing teamwork with each of you this would not be possible. We pray that the Lord may bless each and everyone of you and your families and loved ones, and keep you from the the evil that is in the world. With love and appreciation,Philip and RitaIf you would like to know more or to become a partner please do not hesitate to contact us.CONTACT DETAILS!force4good.fvs@gmail.comPayPal: force4good.ministries@gmail.com or use the following link: Paypal.me/FVSa         If you are new to our work and want to partner with us monthly, we invite you to contact us for further details.  MANDELA DAY AND OUTREACH IN NOMZAMO:

We celebrated Mandela Day in Nomzamo where we helped prepare a nutritious and delicious meal for 400 people. The children also received chocolate bars and the adults got nartjies. Before the meal was served we ministered to those waiting for the food, and many received Jesus as their Lord and Savior!

S.A.HARVESTER:

We are very thankful to S.A.Harvester and for our partnership with the Lions’. Many kitchends as well as individual families are being greatly helped through the weekly supplies collected.
As usual we first deliver to the Lions’ clubhouse and then the kitchens. One of the kitchens in Sir Lowry’s Pass aims, as much as possible, to share with 3-4 other kitchens in their vicinity, as fresh produce  is hard for all of them to come by.

PIZZA-BASES AND BREAD DISTRIBUTION:

We thank Lions for the weekly contribution of pizza-bases and bread. This is distributed to several kitchens in Sir Lowry’s Pass and Nomzamo.  Jesus said to pray, “Lord, give us this day our daily bread.” We thank the Lord for His provision and compassion, and for the many kitchens geared to feeding and ministering to the needy. Due to their labors of love many are greatly helped. Seen here are various kitchen in Sir Lowry's Pass and the one in Nomzamo.

GRACELIFE:

Here, I, Rita, am teaching from Ephesians 4 on the importance of the unity of the faith in the body of Christ!

 GRACELFE'S 13TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION:

We celebrated the 13th year of when Gracelife was first started here in South Africa. It has since grown both nationally and internationally to 6 campuses. Below is a photo of our congregation that was present to celebrate with us

Many (more than we can show here) also came forward to testify of how their lives have been truly transformed, and how they have found new life by getting to know Jesus and the truth of His Word. Love conquers all!

The Lord supplied bountifully for us to celebrate: there were vetkoek, muffins, nartjies , chocolate bars and coffee and tea, juice etc. In the morning, for all the early bird,s there were also hot drinks and bread and jam! We thank the Lord for His steadfast love and generosity!

SIR LOWRY'S PASS  3-DAY OUTRACH:

Gracelife held a 3-day outreach in Sir Lowry’s Pass, During these events 38 young people received the Lord.
On the last Day, Friday, I was able to join the event in the community hall. There  was worship time, games, group discussion, etc.
We were not allowed to take pictures during the event, but below is a small glimpse of some of our volunteers, of which there were 16 in all.

Some of our volunteers traveled far to come and offer their services . It is a blessing to be part of a selfless community eager to serve and give of themselves!

At the end of the event hot dog rolls, juice and chocolate bars were served. We want to thank each of you, our partners for enabling us to be a help and blessing.

CASSROOM RENOVATION AT EMILY'S PLAY SCHOOL:

One day, when stepping into one of the classrooms at Emily’s Play School, my foot went right through the floor all the way past my ankle before reaching the ground. Thankfully Ready-Mix generously offered to free of charge come and fill the empty space from the ground to the floor level. We then, with the help and generosity of you, our partners, were able to buy sand and cement with which to finish the floor. Once that is done we might also get some floor paint...But for now we are looking forward to the floor being finalized first. And the kids are looking forward to being able to soon use their classroom again!

LIFE-GOUPS:

Nomzamo LifeGroup: During the school holidays Cari and Zoleka joined us every Monday for the morning classes and reaching out to the people coming for food around noon. We would start ministering to them about an hour before the food was served.
Many have received the Lord and we are presently looking for a venue conveniently located where we can start holding Bible study groups . Many have expressed a desire to learn more. Please join us in prayer for such a venue. Thank you!
We are also happy to report that the Lord has added more people to our study group in Gordon’s Bay. And we are carrying on with our early Thursday morning classes as well. And there are more groups on the horizon!

In closing we would like to thank each and everyone of you who is partnering with our ministry in some way. More and more we are realizing the strength and fruitfulness of working together as a team. Together we are bringing  hope, love and a better quality of life to many. Thank you for your part on the team.

Much love and appreciation,

Philip and Rita
