"How beautiful are the feet of the messengers who announce the Good News." for the month of Jun!

Dear Loved ones, friends and supports,
First of all we want to THANK YOU for helping us to keep the ministry going. Through our united efforts many souls are coming to the Lord and being established in the faith. Together we are bringing in a big harvest, but the Lord has shown us that there is much more to come and that we are still in the preparation stages for the BIG harvest He is about to bring in. Meanwhile we are busy sharpening our swords and equipping people to be the triumphant, victorious world-over comers we are all destined to be in Christ.  We may not see the return of our investments here and now, but we will then and there. Thank you everyone for your contributions in whichever way!

GRACELIFE:

We often lay hands on the sick and see them recover! Praise the Lord for His faithfulness to His Word!

On Fathers’ Day all the fathers received some special recognition as well as a flower and a chocolate!

Here Philip is pointing some new believers to the Word for them to stand on concerning their salvation

Meanwhile we, Emily and I, were busy leading some new visitor to the Lord!

THE ANGELS' KITCHEN, SIR LOWRY'S PASS:

Angels’ Kitchen has extended their reach to include a much neglected backside area of Sir Lowry’s Pass and are now feeding + 100 a day.

Here are some of the children very grateful for their hot meal!

We shop for this kitchen once a month. Since they have expanded, and prices have gone up, the supplies were not lasting quite long enough, so we had to altar our shopping in order to try to ensure that at least there will be enough of the very basic supplies.

 WEET-BIX:

We are very thankful for the regular contribution of Weet-Bix. These children come to the Angels’ Kitchen for breakfast every morning before going to school. Weet-Bix is their favorite, but on other days a bowl of hot porridge will be served, which is appreciated as well!

Above: Bright Stars in Nomzamo receiving two large boxes of Weet-Bix. Below: Weet-Bix being served at Emily’s Play School in Sir Lowry's Pass, and at Mila’s Angels. The milk was also donated, we distribute 100 liters of milk to 4 Educational Childhood Centers, and one kitchen for the children, monthly.

WOOLWORTHS:

One of our pick-ups at Woolworths. Everything must now be sorted and weighed before we can pack and go. Thankfully we always have helping hands to unload when we arrive at the kitchen!

People line up  outside on both side of the gate waiting to be assisted.  The need remains great!

BREAD AND PIZZA BASES:

We are presently assisting  + 10 places (Daycare Centers and kitchens) on a rotational basis with bread and/or pizza bases. A very much appreciated supplement to the soup!

Seeing that some of these  kitchens are assisting large numbers of people we like to give generously when we do come so they will be able to have enough for at least a couple of times during the week.  (delivery of Joyce’s kitchen in Sir Lowry’s Pass seen above, and the Bright Stars kitchen in Nomzamo seen below).

 BRIGHT STARS, NOMZAMO:

As mentioned before we are learning to prioritize our shopping to try to ensure that the basics will last throughout the month. The increased prices pose a challenge, but we thank the Lord for
His faithfulness!

MILK:
Here Philip and a helper are loading the milk. We thank the donors for their generosity!

WEET-BIX:

Fully loaded and headed for Sir Lowry’s Pass and Nomzamo for distribution! Again we are very thankfully for the donors!

YOUTH DAY:

This year we again assisted at the Lions’ preparing for Youth Day. 168 hot dogs were prepared and boxes of gifts of warm boots and beanies were packed for the needy seniors in a nearby Home.

LIFE-GROUPS:

LifeGroups are our study groups. Seen here are some of the students in our early Monday morning group. We get half an hour to 45 minutes before their day starts in earnest. We also have an early morning group in our home once a week, and an afternoon meeting in Gordon’s Bay.

SOME REACTIONS TO THE WORD SENT OUT THIS MONTH:
Amen! "Why not enter on into it? Even into the deep things of Mine?" This question makes me think deeply today. God wants us to have all the things we need. I must trust God and speak it in faith over my life, and "It's mine. I have it now." Thank You, Lord!

Wow, powerful, If you trust and are confident that whatever you asked for is granted, you say it's mine. Take it by faith.

Amen!! God is in me now. If God is for me, who can be against me.No one is greater than my God!! Thank You, Lord!

Very true, Amen. The Master of all of creation is in me. I will not fear anything because the greater is He who is in me than any force that can be arrayed against me. Amen. GOD IS  WITH  ME, AMEN!

l agree with Hagin that nothing can be done to folks that don't want to be helped.. Thank God for those who believe and receive God's Word and live by it. If God says, He is with us, He is with us. Not much GOD IS ASKING... THANK YOU, JESUS.

Amen!!" Confess Your Rights and Privileges in Christ" also, Know who you are in Christ and who He is in you. Therefore we need to know the Word and get wisdom through His Spirit in us.

Amen, we are carriers of the  Word. And if we don't carry the Word and give out the Word, then we aren't obeying Jesus. We much go and preach  the Gospel as he said  in Mark 16 :15

Amen. So true. We need to be geared up now. Souls are dying. Help us, God.

I love how God confirms His Word.1) through believers that obey His command. Mark 16v15.
We need to obey and Go. Also, God didn't do anything until they went and preached the Word.
They went, and God confirmed His Word. God and the Holy Spirit only work in connection with His Word. Amen. Today is the day of salvation. We need to Go and preach the Gospel.

Amen, without a relationship with God and meditation on His Word, we will never be able to grow in the Word of God. With the wisdom and revelation we find only in His Word, we are able to grow and get equipped to go out and spread the true and only Gospel

For the baby to grow well, it needs milk. As Christians, we need the true Word to grow in the knowledge of the truth. God expects us to grow up spiritually and walk in the light of the truth of God's WORD. Amen!

Amen! What a revelation, thinking, believing, and confessing in line with God's Word is the answer. We don't have to beg from God. He is a promise keeper; just believe and claim it. Thank You, Father, for Your Love and Grace. Oh, and Speak it over every aspect of your life

We need to change our minds about God. If He says you're healed, believe that even set it in your mind, see yourself healed, and don't focus on your present circumstances. Just believe in what Our God promises.

Amen, wow, God is greater in me than he who is in the world. Therefore, I will never fear, for God is with me. Thank you, Jesus!

The Merry Month of May 2022 F4G!

Dear Ones,

Welcome to the good news of what we as a team accomplished again this month. Life goes on and some things seem routine and possibly boring. But things like eating and drinking although routine and potentially boring must go on as our very lives depend on it.

This month's ministry:
  • Feeding Schemes
  • Sharing the Gospel, training, etc

SHOPPING:

In the photos below we shopped for two kitchens. The one in Nomzamo which feeds between 4-5000 people a month and the Angels Kitchen in Sir Lowry’s Pass which has increased and now feeds sometimes 100+ people daily!

The two piles of potatoes, carrots and onions are ours, as well as all the cabbages!

Helping Hand: We are very thankful to the charity ‘Helping Hand’. From time to time they assists us with their extra supplies.  This month we received a bakkie load of fresh fruit and veggies.

THE ANGELS' KITCHEN- SIR LOWRY'S PASS:

As mentioned briefly in the beginning the Angels’ Kitchen has now grown to where it feeds + 100 people a days. Jessica, our Soup House mother, began last month to feed the people living by the railroad tracks. She now cooks two pots of food  and after feeding the first lot by her house, she loads the second pot unto a wheelbarrow and goes to the tracks to feed the people staying there. God bless her!

BRIGHT STARS' KITCHEN - NOMZAMO:

We are please to say that our Soup Mothers are diligent to clean, cut, and freeze all the veggies as we supply them. Nothing goes to waste this way, and time is saved on a daily basis as the veggies are already ready for use!

ELSIE'S KITCHEN-SIR LOWRY'S PASS:

Elsie's kitchen, in Sir Lowry's Pass, has now become a regular recipient of bread/pizza bases. They feed approximate 150 people a day.

MILK:

We again received a donation of 100 liters of milk which was distributed between Nomzamo and various places in Sir Lowry’s Pass.

BREAD AND PIZZA BASES:

This is just one of the many full bakkie loads we received via Lions’ Club Gordon’s Bay. We thank them and the precious donors who have been faithfully supplying! Over 1000 sacks (not pieces) of pizza bases were delivered this month. That entailed collecting and distributing sometimes up to several times a week. But we would never say no as it brings such joy and contentment to the happy receivers. Many depend on this help for their basis daily needs, such as bread!

NOMZAMO:

SIR LOWRY'S PASS:

The above is just a brief glimpse as it would not be possible to include every pick-up and every delivery! We thank God for Hie never ending generosity!

WOOLWORTHS:

As mentioned previously  Woolworths is a big blessing to Joyce’s Kitchen. Once a week we collect, sort, weigh and deliver the supplies!

WEET-BIX:

This month 10 boxes of Weet-Bix were distributed in SLP and Nomzamo. One box also went to assist for the food hampers regularly being provided by the Lions’ Club to needy families. (A few of these are seen below.

The Angels’ Soup Kitchen has + 20 children that come for breakfast before going to school. They especially enjoy it when there is Weet-Bix available! Several ECD centers are on the receiving end as well!

GRACELIFE:

From time to time at the end of the ministry time there is time for Q&As. Everyone really enjoys these sessions, and we learn a lot from each other. Everyone tries to enter in and take notes in order to be able to contribute. We also tend to remember better what was shared as it gets discussed!

On Mother’s Day all the visiting women received a beautiful rose and a chocolate bar. At the end Emily surprised everyone by calling the women of the core team of the church up to likewise be blessed!

We have a precious team of 10+ dedicated women rotating turns teaching the kids at our Kidz’ church. We started out with a small group of kids, but now regularly have over 20 in attendance!

TRAINING:

Kidz’ Church teachers, all attended a very enlightening and powerful training course. It was taught by Martinette from Gracelife central and teachers from other campuses attended as well!

This month we also attended a leadership training conference. It happened to fall on Philip’s birthday. Everyone sang for Philip, prayed for him, and we were served a surprise birthday cake! Blessed indeed!

LIFE-GROUPS:

Here we are teaching early Monday morning in Nomzamo. We teach in SLP Monday evening, in Gordon’s Bay Tuesday afternoon, and in our home Wednesday morning. We also have a What’s up ministry and  online meetings. We are very happy and fulfilled, as well as honored to be able to minister to others. Praise the Lord!

The children, that arrive one after another while we teach, usually play quietly during our half house class and then join us at the end for prayer!

THE BAXTER THEATER:

The Lions’ Club asked us to please invite and accompany some seniors to a free Jazz Festival at the Baxter theater. It was a very blessed experience and nice to do something recreational and different! As we were leaving the theater someone handed us, the three ladies, a Pick ’n Pay bag filled with a nice assortment of nice toiletries. An additional wonderful and unexpected surprise.
