July 2021 More, and More Good News!

Dear partners, friends, supporters, and family,

We are so very thankful and honored to have your backing and support. We would like you to know that through our combined efforts we are presently serving approximately 2000 hot meals per week distributed in Nomzamo at the Bright Stars’ Kitchen, and from 3 sources in Sir Lowry’s Pass: Joyce’s Soup Kitchen, Angels’ Kitchen and this includes 200 hot meals that we have estimated can be cooked from the food provided via the Food Bank we have set up and basically replenish on a monthly basis. We consider this a great accomplishment and something can only be done through our united efforts. Thank you so much for your support.

JOYCE'S SOUP KITCHEN, SIR LOWRY'S PASS:

BRIGHT STARS' KITCHEN, NOMZAMO:

The Nomzamo kitchen serves more or less 300 people a day 5 days a week. And we are for the time being their main provider as is the case with the kitchens and the Food Bank in Sir Lowry’s Pass. We want to THANK those of you who have taken the extra step to enable us to continue reaching out in this way.

Here Philip is reaching out with the gospel to some of the people in Nomzamo waiting in line to receive their hot meal while some jumped to help us unload the pizza bases and bread in the back of the bakkie.

ANGELS' KITCHEN, SIR LOWRY'S PASS:

Here we are bringing supplies to the Bight Stars’Kitchen which feeds approximately 60 children a day.

KNITTED JERSEYS AND BEANIES:

We want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to Wendy from our Gracelife family who knitted beautiful beanies and jerseys for several children in Sir Lowry’s Pass. Here are some of the happy recipients!

GRACELIFE:

For several weeks we were not allowed to meet in person due to the lock-down restrictions. However, the church was never closed down...after all WE ARE THE CHURCH, and the preaching of the gospel continued. However, after the sad disruption in KZN and Gauteng churches were allowed to meet for prayer and so we did. We interceded for the peace to be restored and we are thankful to see it has.

Thank you so much for your time, interest, and attention to our work. Thank you so much for your much-needed continued partnership and support, the work is only made possible due to our teamwork.
